Influencer marketing campaign for Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited (PCPD), promoting the upcoming luxury property project — CENTRAL RESIDENCE BY THE PARK, located in the heart of Central, Hong Kong. This was a pre-launch campaign with no showroom or physical unit to showcase, requiring a soft-selling storytelling approach focused on aspiration, location, and lifestyle rather than hard property details.

Over a 3-month timeline from planning to execution, we collaborated with 21 carefully selected KOLs, including both mainland influencers and Hong Kong-based expatriate (港漂) creators, strategically divided into Property investment influencers and Mainland Hong Kong student and young professional influencers. To highlight the unique appeal of the location, we incorporated Feng Shui elements and the symbolic advantages of residing in Central — combining wealth, prestige, and convenience — while showcasing the best nightlife and entertainment offerings nearby to evoke a dynamic city-living lifestyle.
